In this video, I teach you how to get into headstand with both tripod and bound approaches. I also give you ways to work into headstand at any level, if you’re not ready to go completely upside down!

Come visit Have A Fruit Day’s local vendor’s booth at Conscious San Jose Festival this Saturday, September 23!
Our booth will be stocked with a variety of our leggings (both classic and new designs), our sassy tanks, colorful crop tops and short shorts.

The festival is Sat. Sept. 23, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., at St. James Park, downtown San Jose. You will be able to enjoy all day yoga classes, live music, food trucks and local vendor booths.
