This retreat is for anyone who needs a long weekend to get back to themself. It will take place at a lovely and spacious house in Joshua Tree. We will have 2 daily yoga sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening. All meals are included and will be homemade, nourishing and vegan.

The trip will also include: a hike in Joshua Tree National Park, a special night of Freedom Space cacao meditation and guided conscious movement and plenty of time to relax and restore. The property has a fire pit, hot tub, hammocks and several common areas to relax alone or in company.

I hope today finds you well. I’m writing this post to you while wearing my favorite sweater and dreaming of warm summer nights stargazing at Laguna de Apoyo.

I’m happy to share with you that registration is open for my Nicaragua Yoga Retreat! And this retreat is for everyone – yogis and non yogis alike. I am ready to take you on an adventure. ✊

I’ve been working hard with my pal and cohort, Claudio Perez (Owner of Casa Lucia in Managua), to put together what we truly believe is a revolutionary journey. We’ve intentionally crafted this week long retreat to bring you closer to yourself and the collective. You’ll not only arrive to the yoga mat for movement & meditation (although there will be plenty of that!). You will also be invited to step up to the best version of yourself, as we take you on a guided journey of connection into a few of our favorite spots in The Land of Lakes and Volcanoes.

The heart of what Claudio and I offer on this Nicaragua Yoga Adventure is connection. During this week, we will guide you in connecting to yourself, others, culture and nature.

1) You – Through yoga and reflection, we will ask you to open up to yourself. Get to know and value YOU. Self care is a key part in the equation of positive change.

2) Family – This week will also bring you into unity (and fun commradery!) with other folks who share your similar goal to raise the vibration.

3) Culture – We are happy to have this opportunity to introduce you to a beautiful culture, rich with kindness, history, and the power of transformation. No spoilers though 😉

4) Nature – Resonance with nature is an important part of our journey. We’ll be exploring a variety of Nicaragua’s inspiring locations that put you in touch with both natural and metro environments.
